Throughout my time at the business college I witnessed how our team became smarter in how we strategize our printed recruitment materials and evolved with a growing digital world
We moved from a small viewbook to a larger classic 8x10 size. There wasn’t a major price difference and we had the idea to keep the content as evergreen as possible.

Content focuses on key differentiators for each program, instead of students which quickly would make our pieces feel outdated
I came up with a structured plug-and-play content layout that made designing this for each program a lot easier, even if they don’t have the exact same content, there were options for each section.
I also wanted the 8x10 size so that each page can work as its own recruitment piece with consistent content. That size can also be printed easily from any printer by various partners or faculty and staff.
